Yes. All our surveyors are either Members or Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a minimum, and as a business we are also regulated by the RICS.

Our inspections typically take between 1-2 hours, depending on the property size and level of disrepair.

We primarily work with solicitors managing ongoing disrepair claims and are unable to take instructions directly from tenants. However, we may be able to provide you with some pointers if you wish to begin a claim.
