At C7, we continually innovate to enhance our services. Our team stays ahead of legislative changes, regularly consulting with barristers to expand our expertise. We also embrace emerging technologies to improve efficiency and deliver the highest standard of service.
Our surveyors conduct detailed inspections of both the property’s interior and exterior. Each report includes comprehensive photo documentation, with drone photographs where applicable.
Every item in the Letter of Claim is assessed in a Scott Schedule, with any additional items noted separately. Estimations of cost and breach will be included for every item of work identified, as well as the likely cause of the problem.
The report will be issued no later than 10 working days following inspection, in accordance with the Housing Condition protocol.
